A road diet for 8th Ave between W Broad and W Union with a pedestrian median so people can safely cross to Rose Garden Park with additional traffic calming measures. A roundabout at 8th Ave and W Union would be ideal to replace the lights creating traffic calming and a safer location for pedestrians (especially students) to cross.

Strongly agreed! It is very difficult to get down to the Rose Garden or Broad Street from up near Eaton Avenue or the neighborhoods in that area. 8th Avenue is much too large since Martin Tower was closed and right-sizing it would be great.
They should rework it all the way up to where it terminates at the Wawa on Schoenersville
