We plan to do just that! As we are finalizing our Complete Streets Plan, Safe Routes to School is a focus area. The City has also been working with Blue Zones on developing recommendations for Northeast and Lincoln Elementary with hopes of implementing some changes for the next school year.

It would be incredible to see denser safe traffic infrastructure (priority on pedestrians and cyclists) near school zones to improve youth safety.
