Funding for the purchase and construction of a permanent homeless shelter that would include a pipeline of resources and increase the likelihood of independent living for currently unsheltered individuals. / Financiamiento para la compra y construcción de un refugio permanente para personas sin hogar que incluiría recursos y aumenta la probabilidad de una vida independiente para las personas que actualmente no tienen refugio.

So homeless shelters can be helpful for those who have families and can’t afford inflation or mortgages and rent because of loss of job etc. but should still be able to hold a job…..
