Safety at Intersection for Bike Riders

I really like the bike lane runs along East Church Street. It will give the rider a nice scene and history of the City. There is a safety concern at the intersection of Linden Street and East Church Street for bike riders. There are many cars turning onto East Church Street from Linden Street that fail to stop at the Stop sign. I worry for the bike rider's safety at that intersection.
