- We Build Bethlehem Engagement Platform (from Citizen Lab)
- Constant Contact: Automated updates regarding services and emergency messages go to users' emails and texts
- My Bethlehem App: Provides access to information regarding COVID-19, Lehigh County and Northampton County Crisis Intervention, Parking, Motivated Bias Incident Report, and the Bethlehem Service Center to register or report a problem and information.

- Newsletter: A bi-annual publication mailed to residents in the Spring and Fall detailing pertinent messages from the Mayor's Office, City Council, City departments, and community partners
- Social Media: City of Bethlehem and its various departments have a number of social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to share out information on events or time-sensitive messages
- Bethlehem Corner: A routine video series that gives insights and answers questions around City services, community events, or various community resources.
- City of Bethlehem YouTube Channel: Livestreams and archives City Council meetings, Bethlehem Corner videos, and various City meetings
City Supports Service Delivery through funding sources:
The City of Bethlehem contracts with Bethlehem Marketing Council through the MAPT guide, the Bethlehem PA website, social accounts such as visit Bethlehem, weekly e-blasts “What’s Going on in Bethlehem” via constant contact, and press releases/Press Conferences with existing PR firms.
