4-way stop at N. New and Fairview St

Please consider introducing a 4-way stop at the intersection of N. New and Fairview streets. This is a highly utilized pedestrian crosswalk especially by students of William Penn, Northeast and liberty and well-known to the city and a problem spot for failure to yield infractions. Further, introducing the stop on New street may reduce the speeding occurring on N. New Street beginning at the intersection with Elizabeth.
