Build Rail Trail in West Bethlehem

There is an abandoned railroad track that could connect West Bethlehem east over to Monocacy Way and west toward the shopping centers (the Giant on Union and the shopping centers over near Catasauqua) without having to ride on Eaton or down the hill to Burnside.

The combination of 378 and the big hill with the creek make biking and walking to downtown or other major shopping centers very dangerous.
