Illicks Mill road improvements

The section on Illicks Mill between Center and Memorial Pool is very dangerous for cyclists. The shoulder heading toward the pool is extremely hazardous and you need to ride in the street in order to get through this section. The other side of the road has almost no shoulder so again, cyclists need to ride in the road. This is especially detrimental as this road takes residents and visitors to some of our best recreational spaces in the city.
