Stop sign at Jennings and Elm

Desde "Calles Completas"

Ir al proyecto

The intersection of Elm St. and Jennings St. has almost zero visibility on the west side of the intersection these days due to our trees, which we love but which are large and leaning in their mature age. Even experienced drivers need to edge out dangerously to see. I'm really worried about the safety of the many kids who walk home from Liberty / Lincoln / NEMS. It would be great if that intersection could become a four-way stop—I know Jennings is a thoroughfare, but people absolutely fly, and I'm sure it's as hard for the drivers on Jennings to see cars and kids about to cross at Elm as it is for us to see them.

Megan, Thanks for this comment, those trees are so awesome, I love driving through that neighborhood! As for the traffic controls, we will make sure this suggestion gets to the appropriate department for future consideration. Thanks again for taking the time to let us know the lived experience.
